Saved Sessions: In the app, you will be able to save sessions to look back to. We will be saving text and numeric data that involves this; for example, what drug design objectives you used, variance in our software’s performance, and/or other data that may enhance your customer experience.
Previous contacts you have shared sessions with.
We use this information to provide you with our Services; for example, to confirm your identity, contact you, provide you with advertising and marketing, and invoice you/bill you for services. We also use this information to make sure that we comply with legal requirements.
We will be using Google Analytics to track how users use the app. However, it won't be specific to a user; just understanding overall what your location is in the experience. This helps us determine, among other things, who and how people are using the app to decide on future functionality, so we can give you access to and improve our Services; for example, to make our platform interface easier to use. Finally, we may use this information to provide you with advertising or marketing.
